Deposit into our Bank account

If you'd like to pay by depositing money directly into our bank account, please place your order as usual and choose the Pay by Direct Deposit option where you'll be given an order number. Please use that order number as a reference when you make the payment.

Once your payment has been deposited, email us to let us know your order number and we'll send your order to you.

Manufacturing/Dispatch times

Due to the fact that we offer a wide range of custom-design options for our garments, we manufacture most items when they are ordered and don't keep alot of stock on hand. We do our best to have your order ready to ship within 8 days, but we are only human and sometimes it can take a little longer.

Shipping times

Standard Airmail usually takes around 8 - 14 working days for major cities, but can take up to six weeks in some areas. If for some reason your order hasn't arrived within four weeks, please email us and we'll look into it for you.

If you require your order urgently, we can send it by Express. This option takes around 5 - 7 working days for most major cities, and is very reliable.

Please be aware that you will be responsible for paying any customs duties or import taxes that may apply when you receive your order. Parcels sent by Express are more likely to incur these charges than those sent by Airmail.

We are unable provide track and trace on orders shipped by standard Airmail. We are currently able to offer tracking on Express orders.

If you are very concerned about the package being lost in the mail please choose the Express option, you can track the progress of your order once it has been shipped by using the Tracking number you receive with your shipping confirmation email.

If you'd prefer to arrange an alternative freight company to ship your order, we're happy to do that for you - simply email us and let us know.

We believe in the quality of our products, so if you are not satisfied with your order when it arrives we will either replace it or provide a refund (minus the original shipping costs).

If you wish to return or exchange an item, it must be in unworn condition and still have it's tags attatched. Please see the Return & Exchange info at the bottom of your receipt or email us for more information.

Orders sent by Airmail:

In the unlikely event that your order goes missing in the mail, we will contact the postal service and they will use the information we provide to track down the package. The postal service will then send you a letter informing you of their actions.

If the package has been lost in transit and the postal service is unable to find it, we can claim the cost of the order back through the postal service's insurance. Once the insurance claim has been approved we will then send you a replacement order.

This process can take anywhere from two weeks to two months depending on your location, we apologise that we are unable to send a replacement order until the insurance claim has been approved.

Orders sent by Express:

The Express option offers online tracking, so you can check your order's shipping progress at any time. NZ Post have an excellent reputation and are very reliable.

The products and services available on the Site, and any samples we may provide to you, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or services, or samples you purchase or otherwise receive from us.

We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.
